Employers can contact you directly through our site or via your preferred choices listed in your resume.

What types of care can will I be able to find on Careopoly’s website?

You will be able to locate childcare, elder care, home care, educational support and pet care. What does this mean? Well you can search for Tutors, Nannies, ECE’s, PSW’s, Nurses, Autism Support staff, Educational Assistants, Camp counsellors, housekeepers, cleaning ladies and the list goes on.

How can I ensure the candidates are who they say and are qualified?

You should always when interviewing candidates make sure that they are credible. Therefore we suggest that you ask for a current resume, police check, the ability to contact previous employers etc. Should the candidate not be able to provide you with these documents, it’s pretty clear that they are not for you, your family or your business.

Does Careopoly do verified reference checks on candidates and employers?

No, we do not do verified checks on any users. You can obtain a check via our third party Mybackcheck.com

Who is the third party verification check done by?

MyBackCheck.com is Canada’s leading and most trusted pre-employment background screening company. They have developed an online process to make sure that employers have an easy way of safe screening candidates. Careopoly will not assume any liability and is completely indemnified from background checks, please refer to Terms of Service.

How do we pay for memberships?

Memberships are billed in full via credit care processing using STRIPE. They are a third party merchant provider. Your membership will NOT automatically renew after your subscription is up. Careopoly does not retain your credit card information on our site.

What happens if I have forgotten my password?

You can reset your password by clicking reset my password and entering your email address associated with your account. Your password will promptly be sent to you via email. Should you still experience problems, please contact us directly via email admin@careopoly.com
